Form_Childrens Book Bundles

Are you looking for books and materials on specific topics for your classroom or home libraries? We're experts on our collection and will pull and put items on hold for you, saving you time and energy!

Uses for this request form include:

• a curated selection of items on specific themes or topics for targeted age groups and reading levels

• a librarian-selected assortment of books for rotating classroom or home libraries

• requesting multiple copies of a title for classroom or book club use (Note: If you are looking for a children's book club selection, try out our Book Group Kits for Kids!)

Each request allows a maximum of 25 items. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to fill your request. Once your items are on hold, you will have one week to pick them up at the children's desk, located at the Waukesha Public Library on the second floor.

If you are looking for single copies of specific titles, please try to locate them via our catalog and place holds, or give us a call at (262) 524-3692.

Due to high demand, materials for some holidays and seasonal topics may be limited. If there is limited availability at our library, we have the option to place holds on items from other libraries. You will receive a separate notification when these arrive and their arrival may be staggered based on availability. Reminder: Most items have a 21-day loan period and can be renewed up to three times for a total of 84 days. Exceptions include items that have holds on them or that are subject to loan periods set by other libraries.
