Lucien Woodring

Lucien Woodring is an artist and musician currently residing in Waukesha with his wife and two children. Lucien’s work is on display at the Almont Gallery downtown.

Specializing in oil painting, Lucien has focused on themes of Americana, every day life, and his unique observations. As a self-taught artist, Lucien has developed his skills and expression into a varied body of work that includes public art and commissioned pieces. Through his work, he aims to authentically depict the spirit of the places he goes and people he meets.

To Kill a Mockingbird is dedicated to former Deputy Director Karol Kennedy and was created for Waukesha Reads 2016. The painting is located near the first floor east of the Program Room. Acquired in 2016.
